2. Services
EVERON provides HVAC and appliance repair services in Southwest Florida. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on available information and may be adjusted upon physical inspection. Final pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. We use Blue Book pricing standards for transparency.
4. Warranty
We offer a 180-day warranty on all repair work performed. This warranty covers workmanship and parts installed by EVERON. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or subsequent repairs by third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
EVERON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data scraping, or any activity that disrupts our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
